As a scientist who has researched and written extensively about therapies that expand the healing spectrum for many years, I was excited to learn about paradigm-expanding EES energy.  To me, this energy and its healing potential will become increasingly appreciated in the future as our understandings grow.  I’m grateful for the opportunity to periodically bathe in this energy under sessions led by a talented and gifted Tracey Whittet. Tracey begins the two-hour EES session with an overview of some of the science behind the technology. Then, helping everyone relax, she generates some ethereal sounds with singing bowls. In my case, I gradually sink into a deep, trance-like meditative state. The session is concluded with insights she has accrued from a higher level for both the group and the individual. By the end of the session, there is always some degree of mind-body-spirit sharing, connection, or communion between participants.
