Tracey’s Tuesday night meditations are an amplified, multi-dimensional experience that combines EES frequencies with healing sound, intuitive guidance, and a very conscious, supportive community. I’ve been to a few other EES rooms — even some with twice as many systems — and none of them come close to this one! What makes it so special isn’t just the technology; it’s the vibe Tracey and the local community create. It’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely loving! She starts with a beautiful sound healing using bowls, shares some insight into how the EES tech works, and then guides a short, grounding meditation. My favorite part is always the sacred messages she channels at the end, both for the whole group and individually. I’ve been attending her classes for about eight months now, and those messages — along with the healing frequencies — have been extremely helpful and always on point. Every time I leave, no matter what’s going on in my life, I feel clearer, more energized, and more supported. It’s my favorite event in Santa Fe, and I highly recommend it!
